  • Does not require air-conditioned room.
  • The form small, can be put on the table lab.
  • The price is $ 16,000
  • $ 100 + for the IBM 360
  • Already there are applications & OEM.
  • Bus architecture such as PDP-8 is later used by computers - the modern computer.

  • Size of a single core
  • i.e. 1 bit of Magnetic core storage
  • Holds 256 bits
  • Non-destructive read
  • Faster than much core
